Asset manager – operation and maintenance for renewable energy plants

We are looking for a technically strong Asset Manager who will play a central role in the operation and maintenance of our growing portfolio of renewable energy plants - primarily solar parks and BESS plants,

You will be responsible for ensuring high uptime and stable operation, optimizing the performance of the plants and coordinating maintenance activities in close collaboration with internal and external partners. In other words, you create coherence between daily operations in the field, administrative follow-up and dialogue with suppliers and customers.

You will become part of a competent and hardworking team that takes responsibility for each other and the results.

Your assignments
With reference to our Purchasing and Logistics Manager, you will ensure that:

  • Plan, coordinate and follow up on service and maintenance activities with service providers, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Perform technical inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on the facilities
  • Analyze operational data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Document activities performed and prepare performance and operational reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and development of processes and maintenance strategies

The position offers a varied everyday life, where you alternate between visits to the facilities and administrative tasks in our shared office in Holstebro.

Who are you?
We imagine that you:

  • Have an electrical engineering education, e.g. electrician, electrical installer, mechanical engineer, electrical technician or similar
  • Experience with operations and maintenance or asset management – perhaps even within renewable energy – is preferred, but it is not a requirement
  • Works structured, solution-oriented and maintains an overview with multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Fluent in Danish and English in writing and speaking and communicates clearly with both technicians and partners
  • Have a driving license B
