As an O&M coordinator, you will play a central role in the operation and maintenance of our renewable energy plants, and you will set the direction in this area for future projects.

You will be part of a small, agile team and report to our Purchasing and Logistics Manager. Here we work closely together, share knowledge and solve tasks that range widely. You are good at creating an overview, collaborating and maintaining momentum, so that the O&M area is strong in Ænergy.

Your assignments

Your daily routine will primarily consist of:

• Definition of processes and associated systems within the area
• Preparation of DKV and fire response plans
• Preparation of DKV/O&M plans for solar and battery parks
• Securing O&M documentation and warranty management
• Establishment and maintenance of cooperation agreements with subcontractors

You will have a varied working day, combining systematicity with pragmatism and helping to ensure that our facilities are run professionally and efficiently. In addition to collaborating with colleagues in the office, you will have close contact with our field technicians and suppliers.

• has technical understanding and can translate documentation into clear processes for our technicians
• can ensure high quality in documentation, agreements and follow-up
• has a pragmatic approach and thrives in collaboration with both colleagues and suppliers
• Proficient in Danish and English in writing and speaking
