Between Outrup and Nørre Nebel lies the project area, Hennebjerg.
Hennebjerg is one of two projects that Ænergy is currently developing in Varde Municipality.
The project's gross area extends over approx. 228 hectares, and lies within Varde Municipality's designation area for the construction of solar parks.
The area is particularly suitable for setting up solar cells due to the drinking water interests and catchments of which the area is a part.
In 2023, Varde Municipality selected project Hennebjerg for the start-up of a local plan in 2025. Therefore, since then, Ænergy has been in close dialogue with the nearest neighbours, to ensure that the close, local interests are also taken care of in the best possible way.
