In the spring of 2023, Ænergy submitted an application for the establishment of a solar park in the areas at Karmisholtvej north of Tårs in Hjørring Municipality.
After the initial screening, the project has been selected in two stages for further work by committee and city council, which is why the development of the project is still moving forward - i.a. through the inclusion of the nearest neighbors and the processing of local ideas and initiatives.
Concretely, the cooperation with the neighbors has meant that the project area has been narrowed down a bit in order to meet several of the wishes of the owners of the surrounding properties. In addition, among the incoming ideas, e.g. have been proposals for adaptation of afforestation areas, establishment of connections between existing recreational paths.
In the spring of 2024, the project has been selected for further development by the municipal council in Hjørring Municipality, which is why the good and constructive dialogue with the immediate vicinity will of course continue.
